How to Delete Your Account

At OneOnMe, we value your privacy and strive to make the account deletion process as simple as possible. If you'd like to delete your account, please follow the steps outlined below.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

1. Submit a Request: Simply fill out the form below with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please provide your phone number and any other details necessary to help us identify your account.
2. Processing: Once we receive your request, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
3. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Data Handling During Account Deletion

When you create an account with OneOnMe, we store the following information:

• Phone number
• First and last name
• Sent gifts (history)
• Received gifts (history)

Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion

Once your account deletion request is processed, the following information will be permanently deleted:

• Phone number
• First and last name

Data Retained

To ensure the integrity of past gifting transactions, we retain records of:

• Sent gifts
• Received gifts

These records are kept for historical and compliance purposes but are anonymized after your account is deleted, meaning they will no longer be associated with your personal data.
