OneOnMe is a social gifting platform that allows anyone to send and receive items from their favorite bars and restaurants. It's a fun, easy way to share a drink or treat with friends, no matter where they are.

1. The gifter sends a bar/restaurant menu item to a friend. 

2. The friend receives a text that says “This one’s on me! I bought you a margarita at Lustre Pearl. Click the link to claim it.” 

3. The gift is claimed by Tap to Pay with a virtual OneOnMe Visa® gift card or by showing the card number to the server/bartender.

4. The friend who was gifted the item is prompted to spread the generosity by either passing an item back, or passing it on to a new person, creating a digital “pay it forward” chain.

How do I claim my item?

To claim your gifted item, follow these steps:

1. Order Your Item - Ask your bartender or server for the drink or item that was sent to you.

2. Pay for Your Item - Choose one of the following payment methods:

• View Card & Pay - Show the server/bartender the card details in the app. They’ll manually enter the card information to complete the payment.

• Add Card to Wallet - Add the card to your phone’s wallet, then use Tap to Pay to complete the transaction.

The OneOnMe Non-Reloadable Virtual Visa® Gift Card is a prepaid card used to redeem items gifted through the OneOnMe platform.

• Issuer Statement:
  The OneOnMe Non-Reloadable Virtual Visa® Gift Card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. This card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Agreement.

Yes, the OneOnMe Non-Reloadable Virtual Visa® Gift Card has no activation or redemption fees. However, a monthly maintenance fee of $2.50 will be charged after 12 months of inactivity.
