Open the app, select a friend from your contacts, choose a venue and a specific item, add a personal message, and send! Your friend will receive an instant notification with the gift details.

Tap the link in the text message you received. The gift will be stored in "The Nest" - your digital wallet in the app. When you visit the venue, use the Visa-backed virtual card to pay at any terminal. You can also add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Visit our Venues page and submit the form at the bottom. Our team will get your venue set up quickly - no POS integration needed. You can also email us at venues@oneonme.com.

Make sure you're using the virtual card from The Nest (your digital wallet). If the card isn't going through, try adding it to Apple/Google Wallet and tapping to pay. If you still have issues, contact us through the app or email support@oneonme.com and we'll resolve it right away.

If the gift hasn't been redeemed yet, contact us and we can assist with refunds on a case-by-case basis. Once a gift has been redeemed, it's been processed as a card payment and cannot be refunded through OneOnMe.
